When speaking, do they think, "I am not good enough in speaking and I need to learn perfect grammar?"
No.
They with their family, friends, and teachers easily and effortlessly. They speak without any hesitation. They speak without any fear of making mistakes or looking stupid.
This is the type of "confidence" we all want.

Our goal is not to make you confident of 100% grammar (which is what others try and is impossible to achieve.)
It is not based on theory that someone imagined last week.
It is based on my experience of over 30 years of working both in the USA and India and also being a best-selling author both in the USA and India.
How do we do it?
We do it by eliminating 95% of the grammar that is complicated and focusing on just 5% grammar.
You become confident in using the 5% grammar extremely quickly.
You then practice speaking one-on-one during the training using just the 5% grammar.
What is the result? You don't make mistakes.
Within hours, you see others start to speak more confidently (because grammar-related confusion and hesitation are removed).

I clearly remember the day I was going to BITS Pilani to start my engineering education.

It is not our fault.
In reality, it is the fault of NCERT, our schools, and the government.
Schools Make 2 Big Mistakes
Mistake #1 is that our schools teach complete English grammar. We don’t need such complex grammar for speaking.
Mistake #2 is that they don’t allow time to practice speaking English. It is like teaching formulas on how a bicycle remains in balance but never giving us a bicycle to try.
These mistakes are causing unnecessary suffering for millions of people like you and me who studied in non-English medium schools.
